you can feed a very little baby squirrel regular milk diluted about 50 50 milk and water.

It is however better to call your local animal rescue society so some one can pick it up and prepare it to be returned to the wild.H.E.L.P.!.HURRY. okay.. so we found this baby squirl.. and he's so tiny %26amp; what do i feed it?
You need to call your local animal control, usually it is illegal to keep these animals in your home because the are wild. Not to mention they can caryy fleas, lice, and other parasites. The animal control should come and get him and get him the appropriate care he needs and then release him back into the winld when he's feeling better. DO NOT attempt to feed the animal yourself, it's best for his and your health, get a professional to do it for you!!!
You can give him water with an eye dropper. If he becomes dehydrated, he will die. If he is able to eat solid food, like a piece of carrot then he's old enough to take care of himself and can be let go.

The vet will tell you to either put him back or take him to a wildlife rescue. I think you know that squirrels cannot be pets.
The best thing to do is to let him back outside and wait for its mom to come back for it. This happened once at my mom's house. The mother squirrel eventually came back for it. Keep an eye on the baby to make sure nothing bothers it. If no one comes back for it then call the vet and ask what they think you should do.
